Is Your Revenue Engine Built for AI?

Helping B2B Revenue Leaders Build a Predictable, AI-Ready Growth Engine

Whether you are scaling an AI rollout that is not delivering results, or building the right foundation before you commit, the challenge is the same: AI only works when the revenue engine underneath it is designed for it.

I help revenue leaders get that foundation right from the start, or when the results have not followed.

THE REAL PROBLEM

AI Doesn't Fix Broken Revenue Engines. It Exposes Them.

CROs are investing in AI copilots, forecasting tools, and pipeline analytics. The expectation is reasonable: better data, better decisions, better revenue. But inside many organizations, something unexpected keeps happening. The AI is not fixing problems. It is making existing ones more visible.

If CRM data is incomplete, AI forecasts become unreliable. If execution habits vary across the team, AI scales that inconsistency. If key deals and conversations never make it into the system, the AI simply cannot see them.

Getting technology live is the easy part. Getting people to work through it consistently, in ways that actually feed AI what it needs, is where most initiatives succeed or fall short.

And as the leader accountable for these investments, you are the one who feels it most directly. Every missed forecast, every underused tool, every quarter where AI promised improvement but delivered noise, lands on your desk. You are responsible for making this work, and right now the path forward may not be as clear as the pressure to show results demands.

Every quarter this gap persists is another quarter of forecast misses, underused platforms, and a credibility gap that widens each time leadership asks for an update. The cost is not just financial - it is the trust behind every future technology decision your team will have to fight harder to get approved.

The real question is not "How do we deploy AI?" It is "Is our revenue engine actually designed for AI to work?"

WHO I WORK WITH

Leaders Accountable for Revenue Technology

I understand what it is like to be accountable for technology that is not performing the way anyone expected. The tools are live. The budget was approved. The pressure to show results is real. The gap between what was promised and what is actually happening keeps growing. I have seen this play out at organizations of every size, and the path forward is almost always clearer than it feels from inside it.

I work with companies that have an established CRM and are actively investing in AI for their revenue team. What matters most is that someone in the organization is accountable for making those investments actually deliver results.

Chief Revenue Officers

Responsible for ensuring AI and CRM investments produce measurable revenue lift, not just activity.

RevOps Leaders

Managing CRM architecture, data integrity, and the operational systems revenue teams depend on daily.

VP Sales and Sales Leaders

Dealing with inconsistent execution, forecast misses, and reps working outside the systems the company put in place.

Customer Success Leaders

Accountable for adoption, value delivery, and the renewal numbers that follow when customers actually use what they bought.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Four Ways to Engage

Start with a Quick Scan to find the gaps, move into the 90-Day Reset to fix them, sustain momentum with the Accelerator, or bring the team together with a Workshop. Each engagement is designed to stand alone or build into the next.

Revenue Engine Quick Scan

$5,500 - 2 Weeks, Remote

A focused two-week diagnostic for CROs who need to understand exactly where AI and CRM investments are breaking down before committing to a larger engagement or going to the leadership team for sign-off.

You get a clear constraint map and a prioritized action plan, not a slide deck full of general observations.

  • Executive alignment session and KPI review
  • Structured interviews across sales, RevOps, and management
  • CRM usage and workflow assessment
  • Revenue constraint map showing where the system is failing
  • Prioritized recommendations you can act on immediately

The $5,500 fee applies in full toward the Revenue Engine 90-Day Reset if you decide to proceed within 30 days.

Revenue Engine 90-Day Reset

$38,500 - 90 Days, Remote or On-Site

For CROs who already know something is wrong and want it fixed, not studied. Most consulting engagements deliver a roadmap at the end. This one starts making changes in weeks one and two while building the roadmap in parallel.

By day 90, your revenue team has better habits, cleaner data, and a foundation that AI can actually operate on.

  • Weeks 1-2: Rapid diagnostic and immediate high-leverage changes activated
  • Weeks 3-8: Roadmap built in parallel while workflow and behavioral corrections are deployed
  • Weeks 9-12: New operating habits embedded and performance shifts measured
  • Biweekly executive alignment sessions throughout
  • Manager reinforcement framework and accountability structure
  • AI readiness scoring across Human, System, and AI layers

Revenue Systems Accelerator

$10,000 / month - 3 Month Minimum

For leaders who want to sustain and build on what was established during the 90-Day Reset, or who need ongoing strategic support as they scale their AI and CRM programs.

This is embedded advisory with real accountability built in, not a monthly check-in call.

  • Biweekly executive advisory and performance review sessions
  • Manager reinforcement coaching and accountability check-ins
  • CRM data quality and workflow performance monitoring
  • AI integration governance and ongoing workflow optimization
  • Executive dashboard review and KPI calibration
  • On-call access for escalations and real-time decision support

Most clients enter the Accelerator directly after the 90-Day Reset. The transition is seamless with no ramp-up time required.

Revenue Engine AI Readiness Workshop

Half-Day: $9,500 | Full-Day: $14,500 - On-site or Remote

A working session for revenue leadership teams to assess where you actually stand before committing to a larger program. We look at all three layers together: execution discipline, system health, and AI integration readiness.

You leave with a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and what to prioritize first.

  • AI readiness assessment across your revenue team
  • CRM data and workflow gap analysis
  • Prioritized AI use cases mapped to your revenue motion
  • 30-60-90 day action plan with owners and first steps
  • Executive alignment on what needs to change and why

A good fit for leadership teams preparing for an AI rollout, or those that want to align internally before a larger investment.

PROCESS

Let's Get Started.

Every engagement starts the same way: an honest conversation about where things stand, and what is actually getting in your way.

1

Conversation

ALIGNING EXPECTATIONS

We discuss your goals, current challenges, and what real success looks like for your revenue team.

2

Diagnosis

FINDING THE REAL GAPS

I identify where the Human, System, and AI layers have drifted apart and which gaps are suppressing the most value.

3

Execution

MAKING IT
HAPPEN

Changes start in week one. We fix what's broken while building the roadmap, not after. By day 90, your team has the habits, data, and foundation that AI actually needs.

4

Review

ENSURING CONTINUED IMPACT

We measure outcomes, adjust based on what we learn, and decide together what makes sense next.

TRUSTED BY LEADERS AT

REAL-WORLD RESULTS

What Happens When the Foundation Is Right

Within 90 days, clients see measurable improvements in execution discipline, CRM data quality, and AI readiness, not just a new roadmap.

90

DAYS TO MEASURE CHANGE

Execution discipline and CRM data quality improve measurably within the first 90 days - creating the foundation AI needs to produce forecasts and pipeline insights you can actually trust.

↓ Noise

AI SIGNALES GET CLEARER

When teams execute consistently inside the system, CRM data gets clean and AI stops amplifying inconsistencies. The forecasts get reliable. The pipeline insights become something you can act on.

$0 → Billed

FROM UNBILLED TO RECOVERED

In one engagement, service contracts that had never been invoiced were identified and billed. Revenue that had been sitting uncaptured, quarter after quarter, was now getting captured.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions.

Who do you typically work with?

I work with CROs, VP Sales, and RevOps leaders at companies that have an established CRM and are actively investing in AI for their revenue team. What matters most is not company size but whether there is a senior revenue leader accountable for making these investments deliver results. Engagements tend to be a strong fit when there are 20 or more quota-carrying reps and at least a basic RevOps function in place.

What is the difference between the Quick Scan and the 90-Day Reset?

The Quick Scan is for leaders who need clarity before committing. It maps where the gaps are and what to prioritize. The 90-Day Reset is for leaders who already know they have a problem and want it fixed. The key difference from a traditional engagement: the Reset starts making operational changes in weeks one and two, not at the end of a lengthy assessment. If you complete the Quick Scan and move forward within 30 days, the full $5,500 is applied toward the Reset.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Most day-to-day work is conducted remotely. For workshops, kickoffs, and key milestone sessions, I am available on-site across the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Baltimore area, and open to travel for the right engagement. Work can be structured as local, travel-based, or fully remote depending on your needs.

How quickly can we get started?

Typically within one to two weeks of an initial conversation and signed agreement. The Quick Scan and Workshop can often be scheduled faster. Reach out and we will figure out the right fit and timing together.

What happens after the 90-Day Reset?

By day 90, your revenue team has measurably better CRM discipline, stronger workflow habits, and an operational foundation that AI can work with reliably. Most clients then move into the Revenue Systems Accelerator. Some choose to continue independently using the framework we built together. We discuss what makes sense at the 60-day mark so there are no surprises at the end.

We are still early in our AI planning. Is this relevant for us?

Early stage is actually the best time to engage. Building AI-ready foundations before you scale a rollout is far easier than trying to fix CRM data problems after AI has already amplified them. The AI Readiness Workshop is specifically designed for teams in the planning and early-adoption phase.

What if my team is resistant to change?

Resistance is normal, and it is almost never about the technology. It is usually about people being asked to change how they work without understanding why it matters. Without seeing leadership hold the line, old habits come back. This applies whether your CRM and AI tools are freshly deployed or have been live for years.

Every engagement includes a structured change management layer built in from day one: clear behavioral expectations, accountability structures managers can actually use, and consistent reinforcement from leadership. The goal is not compliance, it is adoption that holds up after the engagement ends.

Do you guarantee specific outcomes?

I do not promise specific revenue numbers because no honest advisor can. What I commit to is a rigorous, hands-on engagement that identifies real constraints, activates real changes, and measures real results. Every engagement starts with clearly defined success metrics agreed upon by both sides.

GET STARTED

Ready to Build a Revenue Engine AI Can Actually Work With?

On the other side of this is a revenue team that executes consistently, a CRM your AI can actually trust, and the ability to walk into any board conversation with data you can stand behind. Leaders who have been through this describe it the same way: the technology finally starts doing what they bought it to do.

If you are responsible for making CRM or AI work in practice, not just on paper, let us talk. We will quickly figure out whether I can help and what the right next step looks like.

I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure full focus on each engagement, and am currently booking Q3 engagements.
